EW Protein Pancakes

 Egg white pancakes are my go-to breakfast when I am craving carbs in the morning.  They are loaded with protein and will keep me full for hours.  I usually top my egg white pancakes with Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup or I make a protein glaze simply by mixing vanilla protein powder and water.  They have a hint of sweetness and taste like an indulgence, but at only 289 calories, they fit right in with a healthy lifestyle.

Ingredients
  1. 5 egg whites
  2. 1/2 cup oats
  3. 1 tsp cinnamon
  4. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Let sit for a few minutes to thicken.
  2. Preheat a nonstick skillet on med-high. Makes 5 small pancakes or 2 1/2 large pancakes.

  1. 289 cals. 30 g protein. 29 g carbs. 3 g fat.
